My interest in technology started early, leading into hands-on work in device repair, system builds, and small-scale computer service for local clients.


That foundation developed into more advanced technical roles, expanding into business and educational device repair and diagnostics. I later moved into an IT Manager role in a large hospitality environment, where I was responsible for maintaining system stability and operational uptime. From there, I transitioned into managed services, supporting business infrastructure and endpoints across multiple client environments as a Field Technical Engineer.
Today, I run Marten Technologies, focused on fast-response IT support, system stability, and minimizing downtime for local businesses across New Hampshire with available on-site support, and clients nationwide via remote services. My experience across repair, field service, enterprise IT, and MSP environments gives me practical insight into how systems fail in real-world conditions, and how to keep them running reliably.
